feat: --install-docker + --install-docker-prometheus

- docker_install.v: génère docker-compose.yml, ntfy-bridge.yaml,
  dashboard.html, et prometheus.yml si --install-docker-prometheus
- main.v: nouveaux flags --install-docker <dir> et
  --install-docker-prometheus <dir>
- Stack Prometheus scrape /metrics sur ntfy-bridge:9090
