chore(release): Kanbante 0.16.0 — layout barre latérale et wallboard verrouillé

La diapositive ne grandit plus au-delà de l'écran: plus de barre
de défilement de page, « Ouvertes »/« Fermées »/« EN DIRECT »
toujours affichés au-dessus de la navigation des diapos; cartes
tronquées en fondu + ligne « +N autres cartes en vol »; mode
compact sous 760px de hauteur (TV 720p).
