fix: wrap all LI descriptions in help-interface with data-i18n spans

16 descriptions after <strong> now wrapped in <span data-i18n>
All have EN translations (Show/hide sidebar, Return to home, etc.)
Fixed broken hamburger span ('obile)' → '(mobile)')
