i18n: fix 40+ keys where EN locale still contained French text

- AI Editor: Étiter, Générer, Boîte, toolbar, edit menu, visual indicators
- Palette: file mode, command mode, navigation descriptions
- Webhooks: trigger descriptions, links
- Tips: use tags, hide sidebar, filter
- Root cause: str.lower() doesn't handle French accents
