fix: bundle MSI — copier backend/frontend dans desktop/ avant build Tauri

- tauri.conf.json: resources: backend/**/* + frontend/**/* (local, pas ../)
- build-windows.bat: étape 2b copie backend+frontend dans desktop/, clean après build
- .gitignore: desktop/backend/ + desktop/frontend/
