bruno	3711ce202f	Resize images to max 1024px before AI analysis to prevent timeouts ... Large images (10MB+ PNG) create huge base64 payloads that cause OpenRouter/Gemini API timeouts. Port mappings for admin and backend services are updated to use alternative external ports (3001 and 8001) to avoid conflicts.
