- POST /api/gitea/projects/{owner}/{repo}/upload (binary upload)
- get_file_commits() in GiteaClient
- GET /api/gitea/projects/{owner}/{repo}/commits (per-file history)
- POST .../sync-labels (Gitea labels → FlowDeck tags)
- New file form + upload button in gitea_workspace.html topbar
