feat: route /api/ping + message d'erreur affiche l'URL cible

- Ajout route GET /api/ping pour diagnostic connectivité rapide
- Le message 'serveur injoignable' affiche maintenant l'URL exacte tentée
- Aide à identifier les problèmes de proxy/iframe (mauvaise origine)
