Objectif : rattacher automatiquement chaque action a son projet.

Specification :

detection contexte : racine + branche git, stack (Cargo.toml, package.json, pyproject.toml, go.mod), mise en cache (pattern probe.rs)
evenements enrichis : project, branch
am init : genere un agent-manager.yaml local selon la stack detectee

Criteres d'acceptation :

am init dans un projet Node/Rust/Python genere une config valide
la detection de contexte est en cache (pas de sous-processus a chaud)

Depend de : events.rs.
