Specification :
configuration hooks : globaux (settings.hooks) ou par agent/projet (on_install, on_start, on_stop, on_update)
execution via le runner existant (dry-run respecte, --verbose les affiche)
un hook en echec ne casse pas la commande principale (warning)
Criteres d'acceptation :
on_start git pull s'execute avant le demarrage de l'agent
dry-run affiche les hooks sans les executer
tests avec des hooks inoffensifs (echo)
