- Restored from 8db9f44 (pristine original)
- Added IDs only (cfg-recent, cfg-backend-settings, cfg-hidden-files, cfg-webhooks, cfg-partages-publics, cfg-tags, cfg-performance)
- TOC order matches original section order
- No section reordering (avoids DOM breakage)
