feat: Profil + Deconnexion dans le menu header (⚙️)

- Profil: ouvre Config → scroll vers section Profil (langue, nom) - Deconnexion: logout via /api/auth/logout, visible si auth activee - Redemarrage: window.location.reload apres logout
