 - **Vaults DIR : exclusions par vault et lecture seule déclarable** (prépare le vault « Spark ») : trois nouvelles variables par vault DIR — `DIR_N_READONLY=true` (les mutations sont refusées en 403 « read_only » et l'arborescence n'affiche plus les actions d'écriture pour ce vault), `DIR_N_IGNORED_DIRS=.home,.venv,…` (noms de dossiers cachés à toute profondeur, en plus du global `IGNORED_DIRS`) et `DIR_N_IGNORED_PATHS=Executeurs/*/data,…` (motifs fnmatch sur le chemin relatif ; un dossier qui matche cache tout son sous-arbre). Les exclusions s'appliquent désormais **partout** — navigation (`/api/browse`), lecture (`/api/file`, `raw`, téléchargement : 404), liste des chemins et indexation — et plus seulement à l'indexeur. `/api/vaults` expose `readonly` pour chaque vault.
