fix: convertir icon.png en vrai PNG (était JPEG) + .gitattributes pour protéger les binaires

Le générateur produisait un JPEG sauvegardé en .png, corrompu par Git CRLF sur Windows.
Ajout de .gitattributes avec binary pour *.png, *.ico, *.exe, etc.
