Subject: [PATCH] fix: add root privilege check to install-gitea-runner.sh

- Exits early with clear error if not run as root
- Suggests 'doas' on Alpine, 'sudo' on Debian/Arch
- Prevents silent failure from apk add / apt-get requiring root
