fix: build NSIS uniquement (currentUser, pas de droits admin) + console cachée

- --bundles nsis seulement (le .msi WiX ignore installMode: currentUser)
- L'installeur NSIS installe dans %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\ObsiGate\ sans admin
- La console: déjà gérée par cfg_attr windows_subsystem + CREATE_NO_WINDOW
