  entre groupes non vides; Pretty ancre au groupe edition
- popout.html: meme assemblage groupe, ordre aligne
- style.css: regle .file-actions .action-sep (1px, var(--border-md))
- tests: tests/frontend/toolbar-order.test.mjs (9) branche au CI
